kgb Update

$49.75 was deposited into my bank account last week for the work I performed in August. I will say the hourly rate is not good, but every little bit helps when you are trying to dig your way out of debt. I am averaging $2-$3/hour with this. So if you are looking for some extra income, I can tell you this pays, but you will not get rich with it!

MySurvey

A friend suggested MySurvey to me and I just signed up for it. You get points for each survey you take and you can redeem these points for cash. This site seems better than others I have tried so far. Other survey sites seemed to be a waste of time because I would get halfway through a survey only for it to stop me and tell me that I do not qualify. I have not had that happen with this site yet. Mahalo

Mahalo is a human-powered search engine. You get paid for answering questions and creating search pages. I have earned $8.00 Mahalo dollars so far and each Mahalo dollar is worth $.75 in real money. Once you have earned $40 Mahalo dollars you can request payout via PayPal. I have a lot of fun with this site. Everyone there is very informative and always willing to help each other out.

kgb Special Agent

I recently became a kgb Special Agent. kgb is a company that you can text any question to and they will text an answer back to you. Text them at 542542 for $.99 and you will receive an answer back within a few minutes. As a Special Agent I am answering these questions. I earn 5-10 cents per question that I answer. There are always questions to be answered and they are hiring right now.

There is one requirement to be a Special Agent: you must work at least 8 hours per month. They recommend that you schedule your hours ahead of time, but I have found that they are so understaffed that I have not needed to schedule my hours. When I am free and they are understaffed, I just jump right in and start answering questions.

Go here to take the initial test. You can take this test as many times as it takes. Once you pass this, they will send you a link for training. Go through the training and answer the questions during training. After passing the training you will need to take a simulation. This consists of answering 15 questions, but they help you along the way. It really was not difficult to get into, but it did take a few days because you have to wait for them to send you to the next step. Be patient and follow all instructions and you will be fine.

I am not getting rich from this, but I am making some extra money and right now every little bit helps. It is also a little fun because you never know what kind of questions you will get!

Paid to do Offers

Now these actually can work if you don't mind giving out your e-mail address and phone number. I typically don't answer phone calls if I don't know who it is anyway so I really don't mind it. The one I use and like the best is Cashcrate. I have received a few $20 checks from them in the past so I can tell you that they do pay. You can do offers and surveys on their site. Also if you shop on the internet, log into your Cashcrate account first and click on shopping. They offer cash back on your purchases from a list of different popular online stores like Wal-Mart.

Paid Surveys

I have tried many of these paid surveys, but found that they take more time than they are worth. I seemed to get halfway through a survey only for it to tell me that I did not qualify and did not get paid for it. By the time you actually got through a survey, you had spent an hour and earned less than a dollar.

Weegy

This is an interesting site that I just ran across. Ask Weegy a question and if she does not know the answer she goes to any of the online experts to get the answer. You can be one of those experts. You get paid 20 cents for each question you answer. I am just trying this out and will update you when I get paid. Click here to try it out for yourself.
